Titan

Titan is a personal project I launched in 2019. As a fitness enthusiast, I wanted to design and build a simple workout tracking app.

My personal goals were to experiment with mobile design patterns, learn a new coding language, give back to the fitness community, and actually use the app for my own fitness tracking.

You can download it on the App Store.

Titan allows you to build a custom workout routine, where you can choose an exercise, number of sets, number of reps, weight, equipment, and form.

Once a workout is started, the app displays the current exercise to be performed.

One-tap controls allow to user to modify their exercise, by adjusting the number of reps and weight per set.

Once an exercise set is completed, the user is shown a countdown timer for their required rest period.

The next exercise is displayed at the bottom so that a user knows if they need to move to a different equipment set.

A Stats section allows users to track their fitness improvements over time.

After each workout, the individual exercises are displayed, with a comparison against past performance.

The user can drill-down into a particular exercise and track their improvement for that muscle group over time.
